The services available on our platform include company registration, legal consultancy, accounting and tax support, trade and energy consultancy, government tender support, recruitment, and related business services.

Every request you submit is reviewed by our team. Scope, pricing, and estimated timelines are confirmed to you before work begins, either as a published price or as a written quotation.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, and to submit genuine documents where required. You confirm you are authorised to provide the information and documents you submit.

Delays or failures caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or your unresponsiveness may affect timelines and may be reflected in the agreed schedule.

4. Payments

Unless stated otherwise for a specific service, payments follow a milestone-based structure: an advance when work begins and the balance upon completion and your approval.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or, where enabled, secure online card payment through our payment provider. Payment statuses on your dashboard are updated only after a payment has been verified.

Prices and quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Government fees, third-party charges, and taxes that are outside our control may be additional and are identified as such.

5. Timelines and Outcomes

Estimated timelines provided by our team are good-faith estimates. Where a service depends on a government department, bank, or other third party, their processing times apply and cannot be controlled or guaranteed by Camel.

We do not guarantee any particular regulatory, government, or third-party outcome or approval. Our obligation is to deliver the agreed professional services with due care and skill.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a request before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation terms, any applicable refund, and completed milestones are handled under the terms of your quotation or service agreement.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for unlawful activity, misrepresentation, or abuse of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, its content, and our brand materials belong to Camel. Deliverables prepared for you as part of a completed service are provided to you for your business use. You retain ownership of the documents and information you provide to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
